We provide a multidisciplinary approach combining medical consultation, rehabilitation services, nutrition guidance, and community activities tailored for senior citizens.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and proactive General Physician (MBBS) with a keen interest in orthopedic and/or neurological conditions affecting the elderly. The physician will play a key role in diagnosing, managing, and coordinating care for senior patients, while working closely with a multidisciplinary team including physiotherapists, nutritionists, and wellness coaches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough medical assessments and consultations for elderly patients.
  • Diagnose and manage common geriatric conditions, especially those related to musculoskeletal and neurological systems.
  • Coordinate with in-house physiotherapists and rehabilitation experts to design integrated care plans.
  • Provide preventive healthcare advice and promote active aging.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
  • Coordinate with nutrition and wellness teams to offer holistic patient care.
  • Participate in case discussions and internal knowledge sharing.
  • Offer support during group health education or confidence-building sessions.
  • Be available for emergencies or acute care situations during working hours.

Requirements

  • MBBS from a recognized institution; valid registration with Medical Council of India (MCI).
  • Strong interest or background in geriatrics, orthopedics, or neurology.
  • Good clinical judgment, empathetic communication, and a patient-first attitude.
  • Prior experience in a clinical setting or geriatric care (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
