As Analytics Engineer (Mid/Senior), your main responsibilities would be:

• Design Power BI dashboards and reports, develop data models and shape data to prepare for analysis
• Maintain and manage data across various sources and systems
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses and generate reports
• Implement data visualizations and reporting best practices
• Investigate error scenarios to identify trends and potential system improvements
• Develop and supervise strategic metrics and goals, monitor key product metrics, and understand root causes of changes in metrics
• Evaluate proposed product changes, find opportunities for delivering extra value for customers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform data-driven decisions and experiments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related quantitative fields
• At least 3+ years of work experience as a Data Analyst
• Excellent and proven SQL skills, BI tools, dashboarding, and data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
• Experience developing, maintaining and optimizing SSAS models
• Experience building ETL processes via SSIS or similar integration tools
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a self-guided manner and deliver on tight timelines and prioritize tasks while maintaining quality and detail.

  Monthly salary:
• From 3300 EUR gross. Specific amount will be offered based on your work experience and competencies.
