Product Designer

Description

As a Product Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping the user experience of our product suite. You will work cross-functionally to improve our solutions by:

• Designing upcoming features in collaboration with the product team
• Identifying and prioritizing UX improvement opportunities across our platform
• Fostering a customer-centric mindset across teams
• Building scalable documentation templates (internal & external)
• Creating visual and UX consistency across GUI, dashboards (e.g., Power BI), and documentation

Your mission within Kantox 

UX/UI Design

• Create wireframes and interactive prototypes
• Design clean, intuitive user interfaces for complex financial workflows
• Help evolve our design system
• Hamonize the look & feel across our different channels (Platform, powerBi, reports, emails,...)

UX Research & Testing

• Participate in user research and usability testing
• Gather insights from customer feedback and product data
• Translate findings into suggestions of features and design improvements

Documentation & API UX

• Collaborate on internal and client-facing documentation
• Contribute to the structure and usability of our API documentation

Who you are 

• 1–3 years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design
• UX research experience (planning, conducting, analyzing)
• Ability to create wireframes and clickable prototypes
• Proficiency in business English (written and verbal)
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
• A collaborative, hands-on mindset

Preferred Qualification

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Figma
• Experience working within a Product team
• Interest or background in Fintech
• Understanding of corporate finance, trading, or financial markets
