We are currently looking for a Product Manager who will take ownership of one of our core product lines. You will have the opportunity to drive product strategy, enhance user experiences, and work closely with our cross-functional teams to deliver valuable solutions to our customers.

What you'll be doing

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct market research and user interviews to gather insights that inform product decisions.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and marketing teams to bring product ideas to life.
• Use data to identify user needs and validate concepts through prototype testing.
• Prioritise the product backlog, balancing long-term strategy with short-term deliverables.
• Monitor product performance and gather user feedback to continuously improve features.
• Act as the product champion within the organization, facilitating buy-in from stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management or equivalent role, ideally in Marketplaces, SaaS, B2B or more commercially focused consumer environments.

• Strong understanding of product development processes, from ideation to launch.
• Experience conducting user research and translating insights into actionable product features.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Data-driven mindset, able to utilise analytics to shape product decisions.
• Robust problem-solving skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
  Strong technical understanding, with confidence working closely with engineering teams.
• Good design intuition and ability to collaborate effectively with designers.
  Comfortable working with numbers and data to drive insights and decisions.
• Experience working cross-functionally across multiple business areas.
