Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for French-speaking clients, responding to inquiries and providing support related to our business software and CRM solutions.
- Support clients through software implementation, troubleshooting issues, and enhancing their overall experience with our tools.
- Conduct training sessions to educate clients about the features and functionalities of our software products.
- Document client interactions and provide feedback to internal teams to help improve customer service and product development.
- Proactively communicate with clients about new features and updates to ensure they get the most out of our solutions.
- Stay informed about industry trends and updates within our software offerings to deliver valuable support.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Experience in customer service or consultancy, preferably in a software or technology environment.
- Familiarity with business software and CRM systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage various client interactions simultaneously.
