We are looking for a Graphic Designer (Planogram Designer) to join our team and support our retail merchandising operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail store layout or planogram design and possess strong attention to detail. This position does not require graphic design skills but will involve using planogram software (training and access will be provided). The role operates during the night shift to align with business support requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Create, update, and manage planograms using designated POG software.
• Translate retail strategies into accurate shelf layouts and product displays.
• Ensure planograms are optimized for space, visibility, and product placement.
• Review outputs for consistency and accuracy based on guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to implement merchandising strategies.
• Maintain records and documentation for all planogram versions.

• Adjust planograms based on inventory changes, promotions, or seasonal needs.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in retail store planning, merchandising, or planogram creation.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with planogram software (e.g., JDA, Nielsen Spaceman, Apollo) is a plus.
• Willingness and availability to work on a night shift schedule.
• Basic understanding of retail layout principles and product categorization.
• Good communication skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
