About Us

Evertech helps startups and enterprises scale their engineering teams with top global talent. We specialize in staff augmentation and AI-powered tech solutions for fast-growing companies. Our team includes former engineers and designers from places like Amazon and WebMD. We’re lean, fast, and focused on delivering exceptional results without the overhead of bloated teams or endless meetings.

We work with VC-backed startups building the next big thing and established tech companies looking to expand smartly. If you’re eager to learn, contribute meaningfully, and design real products for real users, you’re in the right place.

Our Values (Read Before Applying)

We move fast, take ownership, and bring ideas to the table. You won’t get a checklist for every task. Instead, you’ll get real problems to solve, and teammates who’ll support you when you ask smart questions. We expect you to take initiative, learn as you go, and care deeply about users. We keep things honest, helpful, and a little bit fun.

About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated UI/UX Design Intern who’s excited to build intuitive, delightful user experiences. You’ll work alongside our design and product teams to improve internal tools, client dashboards, marketing websites, and more. This is a hands-on role where you’ll design actual features, not just hypothetical ones. You will also improve your skills using essential tools, such as Figma and Framer.

Whether you’re refining an onboarding flow, prototyping a new dashboard, or creating a sleek mobile interaction—your work will directly impact our clients and users.

Responsibilities

  • Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma or similar tools.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to turn ideas into great interfaces.
  • Conduct user research and gather feedback to improve designs.
  • Help maintain and evolve our design system.
  • Participate in design critiques and contribute to a culture of feedback and iteration.
  • Bring ideas and opinions—we want interns who challenge assumptions and propose better ways.

Requirements

  • A portfolio (personal projects, case studies, or classwork) that shows your design process and UX thinking.
  • Basic proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles and mobile/web best practices.
  • Curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to learn fast and improve continuously.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Bonus: experience with prototyping, animations, or usability testing.

Benefits

  • Flexible remote work or from our Tashkent office.
  • Direct mentorship from senior designers and product leads.
  • A chance to work on real client projects used by thousands of users.
  • Exposure to modern product development practices and AI-enabled tools.
  • Potential for full-time hire upon completion of internship.
