Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to Spanish-speaking users within the Gaming & Esports sector.
• Assist customers with gameplay inquiries, account management, and technical issues.
• Resolve complaints and challenges promptly and professionally to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the support database and share relevant feedback with the team.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of gaming products, services, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with the gaming and esports teams to relay user feedback and suggest improvements.
• Engage positively with the gaming community and foster a supportive environment for players.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer support, ideally within the gaming or esports arena.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle diverse customer needs and inquiries.
• Familiarity with gaming platforms and customer support tools is highly desirable.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• A positive attitude, enthusiasm for gaming, and a desire to help others succeed.
