Responsibilities

• Engage with Dutch-speaking clients to assess their needs and provide tailored SaaS and cloud computing solutions.
• Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the functionalities and advantages of our services.
• Guide clients through the implementation process, ensuring a smooth transition to our cloud-based systems.
• Provide training and ongoing support to clients, helping them optimize the use of SaaS applications.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share client insights and drive continuous improvement in our services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing issues and concerns proactively to enhance satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English; knowledge of additional languages is beneficial.
• Previous experience in consulting, customer support, or related roles, preferably in SaaS or cloud computing.
• Strong understanding of SaaS and cloud technologies, with the ability to convey complex concepts in an accessible manner.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills coupled with a customer-centric approach.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and support clients throughout their journey.
• A proactive and adaptable attitude, along with a commitment to continuous learning in the tech industry.
