Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for Dutch-speaking clients, addressing inquiries related to our business software and CRM solutions.
• Provide timely and effective responses to client questions, ensuring their issues are resolved promptly.
• Guide clients through the setup and usage of our software, offering training and troubleshooting as necessary.
• Document client interactions and provide detailed feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement.
• Engage in proactive outreach to clients to promote new features and updates to enhance their experience.
• Stay informed on product updates and industry trends to effectively support and educate clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or support, preferably in a software or technology-related environment.
• Strong understanding of business software and CRM systems is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ability to handle multiple client inquiries and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
