Job Overview 

We are looking for a Java Software Engineer to develop and maintain high-performance backend systems using Java and Spring Boot. You’ll write clean, testable code, contribute to system design, and work with databases and messaging systems. The role includes building scalable solutions, collaborating in an Agile team, and ensuring code quality and reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Work as part of a feature development team and contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle
• Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code and tests
• Review current components and suggest updates as needed
• Write and use technical change documentation
• Stay up to date with best practices, trends, and industry developments

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in the software engineering role
• Excellent knowledge of Java SE
• Hands-on experience with Spring: Boot, MVC, Data, etc.
• Experience in developing high-load data processing systems
• Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL preferred) and ORM technologies (JPA, Hibernate)
• Understanding of ESB (Kafka preferred)

Additional Skills

• Work experience in financial, investment, or trading companies
• Good knowledge of data structures, architectural patterns
• Experience with NoSQL databases (Redis, MongoDB)
• Experience with Cloud Native Environment (AWS preferred)
• Experience with SOA and microservices
• Understanding of Agile methodologies
