As a Supply Chain Transformation & Analytics Manager, you will be the catalyst behind change. You’ll lead high-impact transformation projects that redefine how we plan, operate, and grow — always with an eye on data, people, and opportunities.

This isn’t about project management or running checklists or managing processes in isolation. It’s about bridging the worlds of operational excellence and data-driven decision-making, translating complexity into clarity, and empowering teams to perform at their best. You’ll be navigating the dynamic landscape of modern retail logistics — from warehouses and mid mile to last mile, from demand spikes to stockouts — and your job is to turn these challenges into competitive advantage. You’ll be both a trusted advisor to stakeholders and a hands-on change agent, driving performance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

· Identify and Prioritize Opportunities: Partner with teams across the supply chain — from warehouse to fulfillment and last-mile — to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for transformative change.

· Lead and Manage Transformation Projects: Scope, structure, and execute initiatives that move us forward: from process redesign to digital enablement, and from service level optimization to cost reduction.

· Be the Bridge: Collaborate seamlessly with stakeholders — from IT to commercial and vendors to contractors— to align on objectives, build momentum, and turn good ideas into measurable results.

· Leverage Analytics for Insightful Decision-Making: Use your weapon of choice — Power BI, SQL, DAX, PowerQuery (or similar) — to build intuitive dashboards and models that drive real-world operational decisions.

· Measure What Matters: Define, track, and report on KPIs that drive performance — think SLA compliance, delivery costs, forecast accuracy, and beyond.

· Champion Change: Act as an advocate for continuous improvement, bringing fresh thinking and a can-do mindset to every challenge. Engage teams, communicate wins, and share lessons learned.

· Train and Upskill: Develop training tools and practices to embed new processes and foster adoption, ensuring that change is both effective and sustainable.

· Stay Curious, Stay Ahead: Keep an eye on the latest trends in last-mile logistics, digital transformation, and operations analytics. Bring these insights into your projects and inspire others to think big.

Requirements:

· Experience in Operations: Track record with minimum 5 years of experience in leading and delivering impactful change within supply chain, logistics, or any operational environment. Your background would probably be in Engineering or any highly analytical field.

· Skilled in systems: Experience with operational systems such as Order Management System (OMS), Warehouse Management System (WMS) and/or routing software would be highly advantageous.

· Analytical Mindset: You’re fluent in understanding data and know how to connect the dots, capable of using tools like SQL, Power BI, PowerQuery, or similar to support your thinking.

· Project Execution: Ability to manage complex initiatives from scoping to execution, balancing ambition with pragmatism.

· Process Optimization Thinking: Passionate about finding better ways to do things — whether it’s streamlining picking processes or refining last-mile dispatch logic.

· Stakeholder Management: Skilled at building trust and influence across different functions, adapting your style to the audience.

· People-Centric Approach: You understand that transformation is ultimately about people — and you’re ready to listen, learn, and lead with empathy.

· Working with cross-functional teams: you’re comfortable in a meeting with commercial or finance as you are on the warehouse floor.

· Growth Mindset: Curious, adaptable, and driven by a desire to continuously improve — in yourself and in the operational department around you.
