Your responsibilities will include addressing inquiries related to gaming products, tournaments, and services, as well as resolving issues to enhance customer experience. Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support to Nordic-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding games, gaming platforms, and esports tournaments.
- Quickly resolve customer complaints and technical issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather feedback and improve service delivery.
- Stay updated on gaming trends and product knowledge to provide informed assistance.
Requirements
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish) and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Experience in customer support, particularly within the gaming or esports sector.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for gaming and esports.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in standard office software.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently in a fast-paced environment.
