Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking clients through multiple channels including phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to gaming products, account management, and esports events.
- Troubleshoot issues, resolve complaints, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to relay customer feedback and suggest improvements for service delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product launches, and gaming news to provide informed support.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Prior experience in customer support, ideally within the gaming or esports sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in standard office applications.
- Passion for gaming and a comprehensive understanding of the esports landscape.
