Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer support to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to gaming products, services, and esports events.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless service and address any operational concerns.
- Stay informed about gaming trends, product updates, and esports developments to offer informed support to customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Experience in customer support, preferably within the gaming or esports industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in problem-solving with a customer-focused mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software.
- A genuine passion for gaming and a good understanding of the esports landscape.
