Role Purpose
You will be one of the first people to experience the game and will be part of a dynamic, high performing and multi-disciplined team whose mission is to get the game ready for release.

Key Responsibilities
· Discovering and reporting bugs in assigned software under test.
· Following the Universally Speaking test process (or client’s variation) through the whole project’s lifecycle.
· Recording bugs in a variety of industry standard bug databases depending on client.
· Regression testing bugs that are marked fixed by developers to check they really are.
· Create test cases, execute test plans and report on your findings in line with industry standards and best practice.
· Familiarize yourself and provide qualitive feedback on software under test as required.
· Participate in test requirement gathering with developers to ensure appropriate coverage and build the understanding required to test the software properly.
· Work with your colleagues to overcome challenges faced day-to-day.
· Try new techniques and approaches as required to fulfil the set test requirement.
· Provide feedback to your team and suggestions for improvements in the way we work.
Measures of Performance
· Speed and value returned on tasks such as bug discovery and regression.
· Written quality, precision, and accuracy of relevant information provided in bug reports.
· Quality of created test plans and execution rates.
· Team working and communication.
· Knowledge of QA workflow and techniques.

Performance is measured on a twice-yearly basis via our PDP system, considering the points above, as well as attitude and attendance to give a balanced overall review.
