We’re looking for a reliable and efficient Graphic Designer to support our merchant onboarding process and help create consistent brand assets across our product and marketing platforms. This is a long-term, part-time contract with a guaranteed 40 hours per month.

What You’ll Work On:

You’ll be working on an existing set of templates. Our app designs are built in Sketch to streamline the process. Marketing and rewards assets are built using our Illustrator templates.

For each new merchant onboarding, you’ll be responsible for:

• Creating 3 initial design options (using our existing Sketch template)
• Making adjustments or additional versions based on feedback
• Exporting designs to a PDF file
• Creating a clickable prototype
• Designing for mobile app, web app, app icon, and app store assets
• Exporting all final assets for development use

You’ll also help create and export:

• Marketing assets: 4–5 templates per merchant
• Rewards app assets: 4 templates per merchant
  

Estimated Time Per Onboarding (When Smooth):

• Initial design options: 30 minutes
• Prototype: 30–45 minutes
• Marketing assets: 10–15 minutes
• Rewards assets: 10–15 minutes
  

Common Challenges:

• Merchants may not provide proper logo files
• Missing or low-quality images/info for menus
• Use of custom fonts that can be problematic

We’ll provide guidance and process docs to make this as smooth as possible.

Requirements

Ideal Candidate:

• Fluent in Sketch / Illustrator (for design and prototypes)
• Organized and able to work independently
• Comfortable following templates and systems
• Able to handle multiple small projects efficiently
• Experience with SaaS or app design is a bonus
