Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries about gaming products, account management, and esports events.
- Resolve customer complaints and troubleshoot issues efficiently to enhance user experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service offerings based on customer feedback.

Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer support, particularly in the gaming or esports industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in standard office applications.
