We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Recruiter on behalf of one of our key partners in the iGaming industry. The ideal candidate is energetic, loves challenges, learns fast, and is eager to grow in a competitive, international environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Full-cycle recruitment for senior and executive roles (Head of, Director, C-level)
  • Aligning candidate profiles with hiring managers and business goals
  • Active sourcing via LinkedIn, direct outreach, referrals, and networking
  • Conducting interviews, evaluating both soft and hard skills, and assessing motivation
  • Building and maintaining candidate pipelines
  • Market research and advising the partner on recruitment strategy and trends

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment (in-house or agency)
  • Experience in iGaming, Tech, or Digital sectors is a plus
  • Executive search experience is an advantage
  • High energy, self-driven, and result-oriented mindset
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work directly with decision-makers
  • Proficiency in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, candidate databases)
