Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat to Czech-speaking clients.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to gaming products and services.
- Resolve issues and complaints swiftly while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Educate customers on gaming features, promotions, and updates.
- Document customer interactions accurately for quality assurance and service improvement.

Requirements
- Fluency in Czech (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong passion for gaming and understanding of the esports industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
