Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat to Czech-speaking clients.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to gaming products and services.
  • Resolve issues and complaints swiftly while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Educate customers on gaming features, promotions, and updates.
  • Document customer interactions accurately for quality assurance and service improvement.
  • Collaborate with the gaming team to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Czech (both spoken and written) is essential.
  • Strong passion for gaming and understanding of the esports industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on providing a positive customer experience.
  • A proactive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with customer service tools and gaming platforms is an advantage.
