We are seeking a talented and results-driven Data Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have 1+ years of experience in data engineering, with a strong understanding of data modeling, transformation, and analytics workflows. You will work closely with our data, engineering, and business teams to build scalable and maintainable data models that empower data-driven decision-making across the organization. Your work will ensure high-quality, well-structured data is available for reporting, analytics, and business intelligence purposes.

Your Main Missions:

  • Design, develop, and maintain dbt (Data Build Tool) transformations to ensure clean, well-structured, and efficient data models.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to optimize data pipelines and enhance data quality.
  • Develop and optimize SQL-based transformations and queries for performance and efficiency.
  • Build and maintain BI-ready datasets that support data analysts and business stakeholders.
  • Work closely with business teams to translate requirements into data models and transformations.
  • Assist in the adoption of modern data engineering best practices to improve workflow automation and data governance.
  • Provide support and guidance on data visualization tools and ensure business users have access to trusted data sources.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting layers.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of data transformations, models, and processes.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related field).
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or Computer Science) will be considered a plus.
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a data-driven environment.
  • Experience with SQL and relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, as well as NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience in Python, including data manipulation, scripting, and automation.
  • Experience with ETL/ELT workflows and best practices for data engineering, including pipeline orchestration tools like Apache Airflow.
  • Experience working with BI tools such as Apache Superset, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Basic understanding of data governance, data cataloging, and documentation best practices.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
