PRIORITY, one of the largest and fastest growing Management and IT consulting firms in Greece, is seeking to hire a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) on behalf of a leading Legal Firm. This strategic role will leverage technology to enhance legal services and optimize operational efficiencies while ensuring compliance and data security.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the firm’s continuous technological transformation from inception, to strategic planning and execution while also ensuring information security at every step of the process.
  • Develop and implement the technology strategy aligned with the firm’s business objectives.
  • Oversee the management of the firm’s IT infrastructure, software applications, and digital solutions.
  • Evaluate and adopt new technologies to enhance the efficiency of legal processes and improve client service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks, including data protection laws and cybersecurity standards.
  • Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with partners, stakeholders and internal teams to understand their technology needs and provide sustainable solutions that enhance their productivity and service efficiency.
  • Develop and execute strategies to most effectively integrate AI technologies into the firm’s legal practice providing guidance in the adoption of AI tools and systems, empowering teams to leverage these tools in their daily work.
  • Implement best practices in risk management, data security, and disaster recovery.
  • Manage budgets and resource allocation for technology investments.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a focus on the legal sector advantageous.
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft cloud technology.
  • Strong knowledge of legal technology trends, data protection regulations, and IT governance.
  • Strong understanding of AI tools, systems, and applications.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing technology strategies that drive business success.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a forward-thinking mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.
  • Fluency in Greek and English, both written and verbal.
