About the role
Majamojo is seeking a driven and analytical Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual with a strong understanding of performance marketing principles to contribute to the growth of our mobile games. You will be primarily responsible for the execution and optimization of our user acquisition (UA) campaigns across key platforms, including Google UAC (Universal App Campaigns) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads). Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads (UAC) and Meta Ads.
- Manage and monitor campaign budgets to ensure efficient spending and achievement of ROAS targets.
- Conduct thorough data analysis of campaign performance, identifying trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
- Implement A/B testing strategies for ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with our target audience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in mobile marketing, app marketing, and digital advertising.
- Contribute to the development of comprehensive campaign reports, providing key performance indicators (KPIs) and actionable recommendations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, strategy, and customer support, to ensure alignment and achieve overall business goals.
- Support the broader marketing team with various initiatives and projects within the gaming industry.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 year of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing, preferably within the gaming industry or with mobile apps.
- Proven experience managing and optimizing Google UAC campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and a strong understanding of paid social advertising.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A passion for mobile games and a good understanding of the free-to-play (F2P) business model is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
