Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support to Danish-speaking users via live chat, email, and phone.
- Assist players with inquiries related to gaming accounts, promotions, and technical support.
- Resolve issues efficiently to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance service delivery.
- Stay informed about our gaming products and industry developments to provide relevant information to customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish and strong proficiency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the iGaming industry.
- Exceptional communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively in a busy environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer inquiries.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer service platforms is advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate to Malta and embrace new cultural experiences.
