The Position:

We’re looking for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer who thrives in building high-availability cloud systems that can scale rapidly. You’ll be instrumental in designing and maintaining resilient infrastructure using Kubernetes, with a strong focus on auto-scaling, networking, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and manage scalable, high-availability infrastructure on Azure.
• Implement Kubernetes-based solutions for container orchestration and auto-scaling.
• Automate provisioning and monitoring with tools like Terraform and Ansible.
• Ensure resilience through fault-tolerant design and disaster recovery strategies.
• Optimize cloud network performance, latency, and cost.
• Drive observability using Azure Monitor, Prometheus, or similar tools.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to embed security, compliance, and CI/CD best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years in infrastructure, site reliability, or cloud operations.
• Deep experience with Azure and Kubernetes.
• Strong command of networking, autoscaling, and cloud resilience strategies.
• Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and scripting (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
• Experience in high-traffic, uptime-critical environments.
• Hands-on with chaos engineering or hybrid-cloud integration is a plus.
• Azure certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer).
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Compensation

The base pay for this position is $190,000. A bonus will be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.

Position Location

This position is hybrid out of our Santa Monica, CA office. Relocation is available for the right candidate. Consideration for a different working location, will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
