Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to offer an opportunity for a Portuguese-Speaking iGaming Customer Service Expert to join our team in Athens. In this exciting role, you will be the primary point of contact for our Portuguese-speaking customers in the iGaming sector, providing support and assistance regarding their inquiries and concerns. Your knowledge of gaming and exceptional customer service skills will play a key role in enhancing the overall experience for our users. Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support in Portuguese through various channels, including live chat, email, and telephone.
  • Assist users with account issues, game inquiries, promotions, and any technical difficulties related to our iGaming platform.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and inquiries, ensuring high levels of satisfaction with our services.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the iGaming team to stay informed about new product offerings, updates, and promotions.
  • Participate in continuous training to expand your knowledge in iGaming and customer service best practices.
  • Promote responsible gaming and provide customers with resources to ensure safe gaming practices.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in the iGaming or online gaming industry is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to connect with customers effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to ensure effective resolution of customer issues.
  • Understanding of gaming regulations and commitment to promoting responsible gaming practices.
  • A genuine interest in gaming and familiarity with the iGaming landscape.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute positively to a collaborative culture.
