Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support in Portuguese through various channels, including live chat, email, and telephone.
- Assist users with account issues, game inquiries, promotions, and any technical difficulties related to our iGaming platform.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and inquiries, ensuring high levels of satisfaction with our services.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the iGaming team to stay informed about new product offerings, updates, and promotions.
- Participate in continuous training to expand your knowledge in iGaming and customer service best practices.
- Promote responsible gaming and provide customers with resources to ensure safe gaming practices.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the iGaming or online gaming industry is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to connect with customers effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to ensure effective resolution of customer issues.
- Understanding of gaming regulations and commitment to promoting responsible gaming practices.
- A genuine interest in gaming and familiarity with the iGaming landscape.
