Position Overview
Our client is seeking a NetSuite & Systems Administrator to own the configuration, support,
and optimization of their internal systems—primarily NetSuite and Salesforce. Reporting to the
CFO, this onsite role plays a vital part in streamlining operations, improving data integrity, and
enhancing real-time decision-making.

What You’ll Do
● Serve as the in-house expert for NetSuite and Salesforce administration
● Configure workflows, dashboards, scripts, and integrations to improve productivity and
data accuracy across departments
● Monitor and maintain data health and synchronization across NetSuite, Salesforce, and
other tools like Zendesk and Wrike
● Analyze data and deliver actionable insights via KPI dashboards and custom reports
● Provide training, documentation, and tier-1/2 support to users across the organization
● Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and IT to solve system-related
business problems

What You Bring
● 3+ years of hands-on experience with NetSuite (certifications a plus: SuiteFoundation,
ERP Consultant)
● Experience managing Salesforce integrations, user roles, and basic customization
● Strong understanding of NetSuite workflows, scripting, and data architecture
● Familiarity with RESTful APIs, web services, and integration tools
● Excellent analytical thinking, documentation skills, and problem-solving abilities
● Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
