We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Software Engineer to design and deliver scalable, high-performance systems in a collaborative and agile environment. You will work on both backend and frontend technologies, shaping the future of digital products that help companies connect with their customers. Accountabilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable, and maintainable software solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful technical features
• Champion architectural best practices and lead technical discussions and decisions
• Mentor team members and conduct code reviews to ensure high engineering standards
• Drive continuous improvement through performance analysis and refactoring
• Proactively address technical debt and anticipate scalability challenges
• Document and communicate technical solutions clearly across teams

Requirements

• Strong experience in TypeScript, Node.js, React, GraphQL, Kafka, gRPC, and MongoDB
• Solid background in distributed systems, microservices, and serverless architectures
• Familiarity with domain-driven design and reactive systems
• Proven ability to build scalable and reliable cloud-based applications
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, proactive mindset
• Comfortable discussing, testing, and benchmarking technical solutions
• Fluent in English and committed to clean code and continuous learning
