One of our companies is currently looking for a Sr. Mobile Engineer in Canada.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned mobile developer to play a pivotal role in shaping a fast-growing, AI-powered real estate platform. You’ll lead the design and development of scalable React Native applications used by thousands of real estate professionals, contributing to both feature enhancements and new white-label implementations. This role is highly collaborative, working alongside product managers, engineers, and designers to deliver elegant, high-performance user experiences. You’ll be expected to bring strong Android development expertise, while also being comfortable bridging native and hybrid solutions.

Accountabilities:

• Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of React Native mobile applications with a focus on Android.
• Build seamless, user-facing mobile features that enhance the agent and client experience.
• Collaborate with design, product, and engineering teams to define technical direction.
• Maintain and improve performance, scalability, and reliability of mobile apps.
• Mentor junior engineers and actively participate in code reviews.
• Contribute to cross-team knowledge sharing through team events, demos, and best practices.
• Stay current on emerging tools and technologies relevant to mobile development and DevOps.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with React Native, with strong expertise in Android development.
• Deep experience bridging native code (Java/Kotlin and Swift/Obj-C) within React Native.
• Strong debugging skills with tools like Expo and native Android toolchains.
• Proven experience integrating third-party APIs, frameworks, and mobile libraries.
• Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and AWS services (e.g., Lambda, Kubernetes).
• Experience in Agile environments and modern CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, automation tools).
• Understanding of mobile publishing workflows, device fragmentation, and backward compatibility.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a passion for clean, scalable code.
