Our client, a leader in financial services and market infrastructure, is seeking a talented UX
Designer to help shape and optimize the experience of client-facing data applications. This is a
high-impact role within a growing, collaborative team focused on delivering modern, responsive,
and accessible design systems across enterprise platforms.
You’ll join a cross-functional environment and contribute to the evolution of data visualization
and user interface strategies across internal and external products used by finance
professionals, developers, and global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
● Apply user-centered design principles to create accessible, scalable, and responsive
interfaces.
● Collaborate with development and product teams to align UX strategies with business
goals.
● Conduct user research through interviews, usage data analysis, and usability testing (in-
person/remote).
● Develop and maintain user personas, user journeys, and interactive prototypes.
● Perform task analysis, heuristic evaluations, and cognitive walkthroughs.
● Lead ideation sessions and present design concepts to stakeholders with clarity and
confidence.
● Stay current with UX trends and emerging technologies in FinTech and digital product
design.
● Work independently across multiple projects and deadlines while adapting to shifting
priorities.
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience).
● 7+ years of hands-on UX design experience, ideally with FinTech, Government, or
Enterprise-level products.
● Strong portfolio with 2–4 case studies demonstrating UX research and design (school
projects acceptable).
● Deep understanding of interaction design, usability theory, and responsive frameworks.
● Proficiency in prototyping and design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Axure).
● Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
● Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills.
● Strategic thinker with a user-first mindset and passion for solving complex problems
