We are looking for Founding Fullstack Engineers to join our team and play a key role in building innovative digital accessibility solutions. Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Development – Design, build, and maintain scalable fullstack solutions for our digital accessibility platform.
• Modern Tech Stack – Work with React, Node.js, Python, or Ruby on Rails to develop high-quality applications.
• Cross-Team Collaboration – Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to define and enhance product features.
• Innovation & AI – Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI and digital accessibility, integrating new technologies where applicable.
• Code Quality & Best Practices – Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while conducting peer code reviews to uphold high engineering standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in fullstack development using JavaScript (React, Node.js), Python, or Ruby on Rails.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in software development.
• Strong understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA) and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
