Who are we looking for?

Experienced Visual & UI Designer who has strong expertise in Visual Design, including Branding, Illustrations, Graphic Design along with experience or familiarity in UI design including UI Kit management and screen composition to deliver both engaging and functional digital experiences.

Requirements

Required Qualification

• 1-4 years of experience in Visual / Communication / Graphic design, with at least basic exposure to UI design.
• Bachelors/Masters degree in Communication Design, Interaction Design or any relevant design field is preferred.
  

Must Have Skills

• Strong visual design expertise in areas such as illustrations, branding, typography and composition, backed with strong conceptual strength.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop). Knowledge of After Effects is a plus.
• Basic UI design principles including understanding of design systems and UI patterns and experience in designing responsive interfaces.

Good to Have Skills

• Familiarity with motion graphics, animations and interactive elements.
• No domain-specific knowledge is required but experience in fintech digital products would help.

Familiarity with ux design will be good to have.


How will you contribute to the company?

- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers and engineers to understand product and technical requirements and create user-friendly, developer-friendly and intuitive interfaces.

- Develop visual concepts and assets that enhance product storytelling and brand identity.

- Create and refine high quality design assets such as icons, illustrations, marketing collaterals,  and other branding assets.

- Support UI design efforts by translating UX wireframes and prototypes into high-fidelity screens.

- Maintain and enhance the design system, ensuring scalable and reusable components.

- Apply accessibility and usability principles to visual and UI design.
