Co-Development Business Unit is looking for UI/UX Designer

This is a 2-Year Contract role (plus possible extension depending on project needs).

What will you do?

• Ensure end-to-end design initiatives, from initial concept through to final delivery.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, developers, and QA.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather feedback for design improvements.
• Create user flows, wireframes and prototypes to communicate design concepts and interactions.
• Ensure visual consistency across products, balancing aesthetic appeal with usability.
• Communicate design rationale and decisions effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and quality.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in UX/UI design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX design process, including research, prototypes, and final designs.
• Proficient in user-centered design principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Advanced skills in creating user flows, wireframes and prototypes.
• Ability to translate user insights and business requirements into intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively share design thinking and updates.
• Strong understanding in user research methodologies, data-driven design, and iterative processes.
• Experience in facilitating workshops and driving design initiatives.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Experience in leading the UX process independently, with a clear focus on user research and iterative design
• Strong communicator with a track record of turning research into designs that meet both user needs and business goals
