Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support to Nordic-speaking clients within the gaming and esports space via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to game features, account management, and troubleshooting.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and professionalism to ensure satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records.
- Collaborate with game developers and product teams to improve customer experiences and address complex issues.
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends, game releases, and esports events to provide knowledgeable assistance.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to contribute to product and service improvements.
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, or Icelandic) and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the gaming or esports industry.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey technical information clearly.
- Genuine passion for gaming and knowledge of esports trends and culture.
- Proficient in customer support software and standard office applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer assistance.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
