Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Design and improve the user experience of our SaaS platform, ensuring a seamless and intuitive interface.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to inform design decisions.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that align with product goals and user needs.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to create cohesive and scalable UX solutions.
• Maintain design consistency and usability standards across all product interfaces.
• Stay updated on UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging design tools to continuously enhance the product experience.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback, analytics, and A/B testing results.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UX design, preferably for SaaS products.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric designs, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and data-driven design decisions.
• Understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts (a plus, but not required).
• Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving product needs.
• Strong problem-solving skills, communication, and attention to detail.
