Your tasks

• Collaborate with a team to manage and maintain workplace services such as Jamf Pro / Intune and the Microsoft 365 suite.
• Configure and ensure the optimal performance of related infrastructure.
• Automate repetitive tasks to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and work closely with the service desk to troubleshoot issues and improve overall setup.
• Provide second-level support for troubleshooting and resolving issues.

Requirements

Your profile

• Proficiency in deploying, configuring, and patching Windows 10/11 and/or macOS.
• Experience with endpoint management tools, preferably Intune and Jamf Pro.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and hybrid identity setups.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 services, particularly Teams, Exchange Online, Sharepoint and OneDrive administration.
• Understanding of fundamental security and networking concepts.
• Strong desire and proficiency in scripting and automation.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Team spirit and work ethic.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); knowledge of German is an advantage.
