Workstate is hiring a Mid-level Backend Developer! In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust backend systems that drive our applications and services. Requirements

The ideal candidate will typically have 3-5 years of professional experience and have demonstrated many of the following skills:

• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or Go
• Strong experience with backend frameworks and libraries (e.g., Spring, Django, .NET)
• Hands-on experience with databases (both relational and NoSQL) and data modeling
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices architecture
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment
