Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality support to Polish-speaking players through multiple communication channels, including ticketing systems and live chat.
- Assist players with inquiries related to game mechanics, account management, and technical issues.
- Resolve player concerns efficiently to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain accurate documentation of player interactions and feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with game developers and community teams to relay player insights and concerns.
- Stay informed about new game features, updates, and best practices in customer support.
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish (oral and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer or player support roles, ideally in the gaming industry, is preferred.
- Strong understanding of gaming culture and knowledge of Riot Games' titles is beneficial.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
