We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with expertise in Neo4J to design and build scalable, high-performance applications. In this role, you will collaborate with distributed teams to translate complex business requirements into innovative digital solutions, leveraging modern technologies and cloud environments. You will contribute to all phases of the software lifecycle, from architecture and development to optimization and deployment, ensuring technical quality and robust performance. This role offers a dynamic, collaborative environment where your work directly impacts enterprise solutions and real-world problems. The position allows flexibility with remote work while engaging with clients and teams across projects. Accountabilities:
· Design, build, and maintain applications leveraging Neo4J, Python, and/or JavaScript.
· Support component design, development, and maintenance, ensuring personal technical quality standards are met.
· Assist in defining structured practices for source code management, build, and deployment.
· Design and implement data storage solutions and optimize application performance for speed and scalability.
· Collaborate with client teams to gather feedback and deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
· Work with Technical Leaders to ensure timely project execution and delivery.
· Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to code reviews, pull requests, and testing at all levels (unit, integration, end-to-end).
· Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to project documentation and best practices.
Requirements
· 6+ years of commercial software development experience, with significant experience at a senior engineer level.
· Strong hands-on experience with Neo4J and graph database concepts.
· Expertise in Python or JavaScript and familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
· Experience working in agile environments and delivering real-world solutions.
· Proficiency with databases, cloud platforms, automation, and CI/CD pipelines.
· Experience building software collaboratively using pull requests and code reviews.
· Testing experience at all levels (unit, integration, end-to-end).
· Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
· Professional proficiency in English.
