Join a forward-thinking digital mental health company as a Product Manager, combining UX/UI design expertise and product strategy to shape an innovative wellbeing platform. You’ll lead the development of a next-generation Mental Health System (EAP platform) that empowers individuals and organizations through accessible, design-led, and data-driven solutions.
Our client is a leading digital mental health provider dedicated to transforming how people and workplaces approach wellbeing. Their platform integrates therapy access, workplace wellbeing programs, and data-driven insights—making mental health support more personalized and proactive.
- Translate high-level product strategy into actionable requirements and measurable success metrics.
- Lead design-led decision-making, ensuring usability and user empathy guide all stages of development.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to deeply understand user needs and behaviors.
- Create and validate wireframes, prototypes, and design concepts as part of product discovery.
- Partner with engineering teams to ensure clarity of requirements and manage trade-offs between scope, quality, and timelines.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales to align go-to-market strategies with product launches.
- Engage with corporate partners to co-design EAP solutions that enhance employee wellbeing programs.
- Gather and analyze feedback from users, clients, and internal teams to refine and improve the platform.
- Monitor emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to maintain product innovation.
- Drive experimentation, A/B testing, and data-informed decision-making to improve user engagement and outcomes.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a hybrid UX/UI + Product role.
- Strong UX/UI design skills (Figma, Miro, Adobe, etc.) with a record of delivering user-friendly, design-led products. UX expertise is the key strength sought for this position.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and apply data-driven insights.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and end-to-end product delivery.
- A genuine interest in mental health and wellbeing.
