This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer in the United States.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the end-to-end design of web and product experiences, shaping interfaces that are both visually compelling and highly usable. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to solve complex problems, improve usability, and maintain a cohesive design system. You will move seamlessly from research and strategy to high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and production-ready UI. This position emphasizes both creativity and execution, requiring a designer who can think critically, communicate clearly, and elevate the overall user experience. Candidates will work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and purpose-driven environment where design quality directly impacts business outcomes. You will also help maintain brand integrity while pushing innovation and accessibility across digital products.

Accountabilities

  • Lead end-to-end design for client websites, web applications, and digital products, including information architecture, interaction design, and high-fidelity UI.
  • Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and detailed visual designs, ensuring usability and developer-ready outputs.
  • Maintain and evolve design systems, ensuring consistency across typography, color, grids, motion, and component patterns.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and synthesis of insights into actionable design recommendations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams to define objectives, user journeys, and visual specifications.
  • Ensure accessibility, performance, and customer-focused design in all digital touchpoints.
  • Present research findings and design recommendations to stakeholders in clear, compelling narratives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience combining visual (UI) and experience (UX) design expertise.
  • Strong online portfolio demonstrating consumer-facing web and mobile design work.
  • Expert proficiency with Figma suite (Design, FigJam, Slides, Make), prototyping tools, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Proven experience creating, managing, and evolving design systems.
  • Solid UX research skills, including user testing, surveys, and analysis to inform design decisions.
  • Knowledge of web and mobile standards, responsive design, and usability best practices.
  • Basic familiarity with Webflow, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (React, Tailwind) to collaborate effectively with engineers.
  • Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills in English.
  • Bonus: startup experience, SEO basics, web optimization, accessibility standards, or familiarity with GenAI tools for design.
