This role provides a unique opportunity to design and manage cloud infrastructure at scale while shaping DevOps practices across multiple high-impact projects. You will collaborate with globally distributed teams, balancing hands-on execution with strategic architecture decisions. The position requires expertise in cloud platforms, container orchestration, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation, with exposure to multi-client environments. Accountabilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure strategies using AWS and/or Azure.
• Lead architecture decisions and contribute hands-on to infrastructure deployment.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines, ensuring reliable application delivery.
• Optimize infrastructure performance, security, and cost efficiency.
• Implement container orchestration with Kubernetes/EKS, Docker, and ECS.
• Monitor system health and manage incident response in production environments.
• Collaborate with distributed teams across Latin America, US, and India.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and infrastructure roadmaps.
• Utilize observability tools to maintain system reliability and performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional DevOps experience with AWS.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform and infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Strong expertise with Kubernetes/EKS, Docker, and ECS migrations.
• Proven experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (Datadog, Grafana, etc.).
• Experience in incident management and 24/7 production operations.
• Skilled in infrastructure cost optimization and performance tuning.
• Fluent English for collaboration with international teams.
  Preferred:
• Experience with Azure, CloudFormation, Ansible, Jenkins, or Mux Enterprise.
• Proficiency in Python or Go for scripting and automation.
• Knowledge of GitHub Actions, Helm, or advanced EKS scaling strategies.
• Previous consulting or multi-client project experience.
