PRIORITY, one of the largest and fastest growing Management and IT consulting firms in Greece is currently seeking to hire a System Engineer on behalf of our client in the industrial sector.

The main responsibilities of the position include:

• Plan, design, and implement IT solutions for the organization and end users in alignment with the organization's IT strategy, standards, and objectives
• Deliver precise technical troubleshooting and effective resolutions for complex IT issues
• Contribute to the research and evaluation of new technologies and tools to enhance IT efficiency and optimize the end-user experience
• Provide technical support and training to end users and IT support staff on IT systems and applications
• Document and update IT processes, configuration and inventories
• Collaborate and contact with internal and external stakeholders and vendors

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• 3 years of experience on IT operations and workplace engineering
• Good understanding of the IT service operation and delivery framework
• Proficient knowledge in Group Policies, Change Management, Windows operating systems, Active Directory, Office 365, MS Exchange and other IT technologies
• Strong knowledge of IT security principles and practices, including antivirus, encryption, VPN, and identity management
