This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Manager, Product Management in the United Kingdom.

This role offers the opportunity to lead product strategy for a high-performance, developer-focused platform, shaping the evolution of enterprise software solutions. You will work closely with Engineering, Sales, and Product Marketing teams to define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and drive customer-centric innovation. With a focus on emerging trends like AI, LLMs, and vector databases, you will influence both the technical and business direction of the platform. This position combines strategic leadership with hands-on technical understanding, enabling you to deliver scalable, high-impact products that delight developers and enterprise customers alike. You will also serve as a thought leader, building expertise and promoting adoption across internal teams and developer communities.

Accountabilities

• Define and own the product strategy, roadmap, and feature prioritization for complex, technical developer-led solutions.
• Develop and manage business models, P&L responsibilities, and pricing strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with global teams, including Engineering, Sales, and Product Marketing, to drive product development and GTM strategies.
• Ensure customer-centric product design, focusing on developer experience, scalability, reliability, and emerging AI capabilities.
• Incorporate industry trends such as vector databases, AI, and LLMs into product offerings.
• Partner with engineering teams to deliver on the product roadmap and achieve strategic objectives.
• Build product expertise internally and externally, influencing developer communities and promoting thought leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with complex enterprise software technologies and solutions.
• Knowledge of distributed caching, in-memory data grids, and/or stream processing technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud deployments, vector databases, and modern AI data workflows (RAG, semantic search, LLMs).
• Strong technical understanding of enterprise software development, preferably within the Java ecosystem.
• Proven experience managing the full product lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Experience with developer-led, open-source platforms and applications.
• Ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and drive prioritization across multiple business units.
• Strong strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and planning skills.
• Advanced technical degree or Computer Science background preferred.
