Graphic Designer (Maternity cover)

About the Role
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our creative team on a 5-month* maternity cover contract. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-impact visual content across a variety of platforms, including TV, digital, social media, print, and internal communications. The ideal candidate has a strong design portfolio, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to transform concepts into visually compelling assets that align with our brand.

*This is a fixed-term maternity cover role, initially for 5-months, with the possibility of extension depending on business needs.

Job Description 

• Design and produce visuals for TV & digital campaigns, websites, social media, email marketing, presentations, and printed materials
• Collaborate with the marketing, content, and product teams to develop cohesive and engaging visual content
• Ensure consistency of brand visuals across all platforms and materials
• Take ownership of multiple design projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Stay updated with design trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team
• Assist in the development of visual guidelines and maintain design standards

Requirements

• 2+ working experience as a Graphic Designer
• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX tools (e.g. Figma, After Effects) is a plus
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative versatility and technical skills
• Excellent time management, communication, and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• High ethical standards, fitting with the Values of Antenna Group
