Join a fast-growing scale-up that’s already a hit in BtoB and now needs a real boost in BtoC (6 years in business, 60 people, €30M revenue).

Nathalie is hiring a Head of Digital Marketing & E-commerce in Brussels, permanent contract (CDI), €60-70K + bonus + company car
8 years’ experience driving growth for E-commerce websites – strong background in Acquisition, SEA, Social Media, SEO and Marketing Automation - Team Management - French speaker.

✅ MISSION : Relaunch and grow the DtoC E-commerce business with the goal of doubling revenue in 2 years (€6M target).

✅ KEY RESULTS :
🚀 Optimize the product offering on SHOPIFY : assortment, pricing, commercial campaigns, working closely with purchasing, supply chain, finance, and retail.
🚀 Own the P&L and ensure the profitability of the BtoC E-commerce activity.
🚀 Define and deploy the digital marketing strategy: SEA, Social ads, SEO, marketing automation (Klaviyo, 1M contacts), social media (300k TikTok followers!), sales activations (offers, promos, etc.).
🚀 Monitor sales performance, build KPI dashboards, and deliver weekly & monthly reporting.
🚀 Take part in the executive committee (6 people) alongside the founders & investors to steer the business and identify new growth opportunities.
🚀 Lead a team of 5 (content/design, social media, influencer, sales activation, marketing automation).

✅ ABOUT YOU :
With at least 6 years’ experience in Ecommerce, you have already managed and scaled a BtoC website generating several million euros in annual revenue. Beyond mastering digital marketing and E-commerce levers, you understand the importance of the right product offer at the right price, and you have worked closely with purchasing and retail teams to secure your e-shop’s success.

Data-driven, you track your sales metrics daily. Autonomous, resourceful, and challenge-oriented, you also thrive in teamwork. You will join a start-up-minded company where everyone contributes to the collective success. You will report directly to the CEO (one of the co-founders) and be part of the executive committee for this exciting E-commerce adventure.

The role is based near Brussels, with 4 days per week on-site. You’ll benefit from a company car (€12K value/year). In Belgium, that’s 4 weeks’ vacation + public holidays (no RTT).
