Requirements

You’ll be the right hand to Supy’s Director of Growth  leading content across all channels - from blogs and newsletters to TikTok reels and product launches - helping Supy evolve from a written-first brand into one that excels in both writing and video.

This isn’t about churning out content for the sake of it. It’s about creating content that earns attention, builds trust, and ties Supy’s product directly to the real challenges multi-location restaurant operators face.

We’re looking for someone sharp, detail-oriented, and ambitious. Someone who gets what makes people pay attention and is hungry to grow.

What You’ll Do

  • Content Strategy
    Lead Supy’s content strategy across all channels, champion creativity and originality, and use AI to scale impact without losing human insight.
  • Blog & Customer Stories
    Own the blog and editorial calendar, create and commission content for our ICP, improve visibility across SEO and AI search, and produce case studies and customer stories.
  • Product Marketing
    Launch new product features and initiatives with clear, useful content across blog, email, in-app, and newsletters.
  • Social Media
    Lead organic social strategy for LinkedIn and Instagram, while experimenting with new formats like Shorts, Reels, and TikTok.
  • Podcast
    Manage the Supy Talks podcast - sourcing guests, shaping formats, and coordinating repurposed content.

What We’re Looking For

  • A strategic content marketer who thinks audience-first, not just format-first. The role is well suited to someone with 1–8 years of experience in marketing.
  • Someone who genuinely cares about quality, clarity and effectiveness, and brings it to every piece of work
  • A sharp writer with strong editorial judgment and storytelling instincts
  • Confident across formats, from case studies and newsletters to TikToks and podcast scripts
  • Skilled collaborator with clear, thoughtful feedback for designers and videographers
  • Believes AI is a tool to multiply great work, not a shortcut to avoid doing it
  • Ambitious and self-motivated, you want to build something that matters
  • Native-level English speaker and writer. Arabic is not required, but a bonus if you can write in both
