We’re looking for a Data Analyst who is analytical, creative, proactive, and highly motivated to make an impact. You’ll play a key role in helping our team and clients make smarter, data-driven decisions that lead to real business growth.

In this role, you will:

📊 Build, manage, and continuously optimize reporting dashboards with actionable insights
🤝 Collaborate with the Sales team to define and visualize client success metrics
📝 Prepare and present reports to the Sales team
🔎 Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, insights, and growth opportunities
🎯 Translate business objectives into measurable data strategies and deliverables
✔️ Maintain and improve data quality, integrity, and accuracy across systems
⚙️ Support process improvements through automation and advanced analytics
💬 Communicate complex analytical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders

This is a full-time role, with working hours overlapping 8am–12pm EST to sync with our US-based team.

Requirements

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
✅ Proven experience building dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar
✅ Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, plus working knowledge of SQL
✅ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
✅ Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
✅ Ability to work independently and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
✅ Experience supporting sales or client-facing teams with data and analysis
✅ Positive, proactive attitude and eagerness to grow within a performance-focused team
