ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with the software team to design and deploy Azure SaaS applications and setup Logic Apps and Automation.
• Collaborate with business analysts and solution architects to understand departments' needs and devise ways to accommodate them with software.
• Configure, establish, and test the components of systems or technological architecture.
• Develop and implement software solutions that leverage AI and automation technologies to enhance business processes and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation using machine learning or natural language processing.
• Help ensure SAAS applications framework are up-to-date.
• Document all aspects of software for ongoing maintenance and revisions.
• Helps automate business processes and integrate systems.
• Identify areas for system improvement and propose innovative solutions to enhance performance, reliability, and usability.
• Troubleshoot software and identify the root causes of software problems.
• Helps improve existing software and design new applications.
• Address any errors or performance issues identified during testing.
• Stay informed of emerging technologies and determine how they might be useful to the organization.

Requirements

What You'll Need to Suceed

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Solid understanding of Azure SaaS concepts, including Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Azure Service Bus.
• Proficient in programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python.
• Experience in developing and integrating Azure Logic Apps workflows with various systems and services.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and improve complex software systems.
• Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
• Knowledge of software development best practices, including unit testing, code reviews, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• Prior experience with system improvement initiatives and process automation is a plus.

Physical & Work Conditions

• The job is performed indoors in a traditional office setting. Extended periods of sitting while using a computer and/or other device (smartphone, etc.) are common.

• Ability to communicate orally with customers, IT personnel, other coworkers, and management is crucial. Regular use of phone and email for communication is essential. Hearing and vision correctable to within normal ranges is essential for normal conversations, receiving ordinary information, and preparing or inspecting documents.
• The ability to remain in a stationary position roughly 75% of the time, as well as the ability to move about the office occasionally (accessing files/storage, office equipment, computers and other office productivity devices, attending meetings, etc.), is required.
• Using a computer while sitting for extended periods is the norm. May occasionally need to position self to install or maintain equipment, including under tables and desks.
• No heavy lifting is expected; occasional exertion of about 20 lbs. of force (e.g., carrying binders, reports, laptops) is required. Good manual dexterity is required to use common office equipment (e.g., computers, mobile devices).
