We’re expanding our team and currently hiring a Graphic Designer to create engaging ad creatives that perform across multiple social platforms.

Role Overview:

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality, conversion-focused creatives for social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms. You’ll work closely with the media buying and strategy teams to translate campaign insights into thumb-stopping visuals that drive clicks and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design static ads, carousel graphics, and short-form visuals tailored for paid social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Collaborate with the media buying team to develop creative concepts aligned with campaign objectives.
• Adapt creative assets across different platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
• Implement feedback quickly and iterate designs based on performance data.
• Stay up to date with creative trends, ad formats, and platform best practices.

Requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in a digital marketing or agency setting.
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media ad creatives.
• Proficiency in Figma (preferred), Canva, or Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of design principles for performance creatives (contrast, hierarchy, CTA clarity, etc.).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnarounds.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Motion graphics or basic video editing experience.
• Experience designing landing pages or advertorial assets.
